Where dreams become reality
A Goa builder, founded in 2022, that designs and builds homes and commercial spaces across the state.
IDREAMZ Construction & Developers is a Goa-based builder founded in 2022 by Shahnawaz Akbar Baig. We build independent villas, apartment buildings and mixed-use blocks with shops at street level, and we fit out interiors.
Our buildings borrow from Goa's own architecture: sloping tiled roofs, deep balconies that shade the rooms behind them, laterite and timber on the facade, and plenty of green around the edges.
